Method
- Add all but the oats and pumpkin seeds to a blender bowl and puree.
- Add the puree to a mixing bowl. Add the oats and pumpkin seeds to it and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours.
- Divide the overnight oats over 4 bowls and garnish with toppings.
