Method
- Blend all mango layer ingredients in a blender. And pour/scoop into a popsicle mold, filling it up ⅓. Freeze for 1 hour (if using frozen mango) or up to 2 hours for fresh mango.
- Mix/blend all coconut ingredients in a blender. And pour op top of the mango layer. Filling it up another ⅓ of the mold. Now there is ⅓ left to be filled.
- Blend all pitaya ingredients in a blender. And pour/scoop into a popsicle mold, filling the mold completely (just below the rim). Freeze for 1 hour (if using frozen pitaya) or up to 2 hours for fresh pitaya. Freeze your 3 layered popsicles for 3-4 hours.
