Avocado smoothies are a great way to get your kids to take in their daily dose of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. And they are delicious! This green one is full of healthy greens!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium sized avocado
  • 1 cup kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 cup spinach leaves (stems removed)
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple (in cubes for easy blending)
  • 1 cup (coconut) yogurt (or milk of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smoothie consistency. Only add water if the blender can't get the ingredients to blend.
  • Divide the smoothie over 2 tall glasses.
