Avocado smoothies are a great way to get your kids to consume their daily dose of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. And they are delicious! The bananas and strawberries in this one infuse natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium sized avocado
  • 2 medium sized frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond meal

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smoothie consistency. Only add water if the blender can't get the ingredients to blend.
  • Divide the smoothie over 2 glasses.
