1/4cupmilk(milk of choice or other liquid; this is optional)
1pinchfine grain sea salt
Instructions
Add bananas and salt to a food processor and blend. If you have problems processing the bananas, add milk of choice (start with a little, up to 1/4 cup)
Your ice cream is ready! Scoop it into a bowl or a container to freeze it (for 30 minutes) to get a firmer consistency.
Notes
If your ice cream is still not firm enough after 30 minute of freezing, scrap the sides of the container, mix your ice cream with a spoon and freeze for another 30 minutes.
