120mlwater(½ cup. Or use ¼ cup water, ¼ cup lime juice)
2tbsprice vinegar
1½tspcornstarch
1clovegarlic(minced)
¼-¾tspred pepper flakes(use to your liking)
½tspsea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan and mix well until the cornstarch has dissolved
Bring to boil on medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let is simmer for 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and let it cool off for 5 minutes before pouring it in a jar.
Once the sauce reaches room temperature, seal the jar and put it in the refrigerator. Keeps for 3 weeks.
