Equipment

  • High speed blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup avocado (cubed)

Garnishing (optional):

  • ½ banana (slices)
  • 8 raw almonds (4 per glass)
  • 2-4 tsp granola (1-2 per glass)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Add a bit of water if it is too thick to blend.
  • Serve in a tall glass and garnish with slices of banana, almonds and/or granola (optional).
