A delicious, wholesome, greens-packed-smoothie. Serve it at breakfast or as a afternoon snack. Energy boost guaranteed!

- ¼ cup yogurt (dairy free if vegan)
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 big frozen banana
- ¼ medium size avocado
- ¼ cup almond meal
- 1 handful mint leaves
Add ½ of the orange juice plus all other ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Now add the rest of the orange juice and blend some more.
Taste the smoothie. Add honey or more frozen banana if not sweet enough. Add a bit of lime juice if not tart enough.
Pour smoothie in a glass. Decorate the glass (optional). Enjoy your smoothie!
