Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup yogurt (dairy free if vegan)
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 big frozen banana
  • ¼ medium size avocado
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 1 handful mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ of the orange juice plus all other ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Now add the rest of the orange juice and blend some more.
  • Taste the smoothie. Add honey or more frozen banana if not sweet enough. Add a bit of lime juice if not tart enough.
  • Pour smoothie in a glass. Decorate the glass (optional). Enjoy your smoothie!
