Ingredients
  

  • 1- 1½ cup kale (start with 1 cup and adjust to your taste)
  • 1- 1½ cup cubes of frozen mango (if you don't have frozen mango add ice to the blender. Smoothie will be less creamy though)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1- 1 ½ limes (juiced; start with 1 and adjust to your taste)
  • 1-2 cups water (start with 1 cup, if too thick add more water)
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds (optional; leave them out if you have picky eaters)

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ of the water plus all other ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Now add more water and blend until you have reached the right consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie. Add honey or more mango if not sweet enough. Add more lime juice if not tart enough.
  • Pour smoothie in a glass. Decorate the glass (optional). Enjoy your smoothie!
