- 1½ cup gluten free oat flour (store bought or home grinded from gluten free oats)
- 3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sub honey or agave nectar)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted) (or sub vegan butter)
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (I used mini dark chocolate chips)
- 2-4 tbsp oat milk (or other type of plant based milk)
Mix the first 4 ingredients, with a wooden spatula into a dough. Then add the chocolate chips. If it is too wet add a bit more oat flour (start with 1/2 tbsp at a time). If too dry, add oat milk (1 tbsp at a time)
Eat it just like that, on brownie, as a surprise inside a cupcake or roll balls to have cookie dough balls!
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You do have to heat them up in the microwave though to get them softer and a bit warm again.
