Ingredients

  • cup gluten free oat flour (store bought or home grinded from gluten free oats)
  • 3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sub honey or agave nectar)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted) (or sub vegan butter)
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (I used mini dark chocolate chips)
  • 2-4 tbsp oat milk (or other type of plant based milk)

Instructions

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients, with a wooden spatula into a dough. Then add the chocolate chips. If it is too wet add a bit more oat flour (start with 1/2 tbsp at a time). If too dry, add oat milk (1 tbsp at a time)
  • Eat it just like that, on brownie, as a surprise inside a cupcake or roll balls to have cookie dough balls!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You do have to heat them up in the microwave though to get them softer and a bit warm again.
