Pineapple ginger salsa

This salsa is easy to make, wholesome and so flavorful. It is one of our Taco Tuesday's show stoppers!

  • (hand) blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple (cubed)
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • ½ cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 jalapeño (chopped, no seeds)(start with 1/3 and adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar (or apple cider)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredient in a blender and pulse shortly for a chunky salsa. Blend longer for a smoother salsa
